Absolutely amazing, we had tossed everything into a huge pile, definitely a big mess! They arrived within the scheduled time frame, got right to work and took everything we put out there. Before leaving they asked me to look about to make sure they got everything or in case I had forgotten something. Very professional, polite, and very, very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Junked for any of your off-hauling needs. Ryan, the owner and his team are always professional, respectful of property and clean. Which is not always what you get. I recommend them to my clients who are doing home remodels and need to get rid of items that will no longer serve them in their newly designed space, to my preferred contractors that need extra help during the demolition phase and to clients that are taking on the remodel work themselves and need the demolition and disposal of items taken care of. Jeff and Juan were courteous and friendly and took care of all of the removal very quickly and efficiently. The cost of the service was very reasonable compared to other companies and they also provide a veterans discount. I am definitely using them again for all of my future hauling

They were careful and competent

The whole team is super friendly, professional, and fast. Communication was immediate, and they picked up the items two days later, exactly when they said they would. Price was super reasonable - likely costs half of what it would have cost me to take the items to the dump, and they try to reuse or recycle. I highly recommend them, have used them before and will again!

I can't say enough good things about the service that Dwight and Jeffrey provided me. The task was to remove a very large, awkward couch - so large it needed to be disposed of over the balcony of the second floor. They worked diligently to make it happen. Throughout they were professional, polite and efficient. They even insisted on sweeping when they were through. I am a customer for life!

Dwight and Jeff did a great job. Super fast and cautious about not hitting the walls with the furniture. Moved an entire living room set in less than 10 minutes.

I contacted JUNKED about picking up a broken hospital bed from my disabled brother's apartment. He lives in another state so I needed someone I could count on without being present myself. The job was time sensitive because the old bed had to go before his new bed could be delivered on the same day. My brother uses a wheelchair and has memory loss.
Everyone I worked with at JUNKED was respectful, reliable and helpful. They showed up on time and were compassionate and sensitive to my brother's situation. They kept me informed via text and phone calls throughout. There was a slight complication when they needed specialized tools to dismantle his non-standard bed, but they responded quickly and efficiently and had the old bed out well before the new one arrived.
A great experience, reasonable prices, highly recommend.
