Mike is super friendly, professional, and fast. Communication was immediate, and they picked up the items two days later, exactly when they said they would. Price was super reasonable - likely costs half of what it would have cost me to take the items to the dump, and they try to reuse or recycle. I needed to get rid of a bunch of junk before moving apartments and came across JUNKED: Powered By Veterans. I sent in an inquiry and was contacted by them within 15mins. They were able to give me a quote based on photographs of the junk I needed moving and they honored that price the day they came to pick it up, despite me adding a few more items to the pile.

Jeff and Anthony handled a full truck load in under an hour. Everything was weathered and gross, and we appreciate them handling it all for us. They were quick and easy to work with. I contacted JUNKED about picking up a broken hospital bed from my disabled brother's apartment. He lives in another state so I needed someone I could count on without being present myself. The job was time sensitive because the old bed had to go before his new bed could be delivered on the same day. My brother uses a wheelchair and has memory loss.
Everyone I worked with at JUNKED was respectful, reliable and helpful. They showed up on time and were compassionate and sensitive to my brother's situation. They kept me informed via text and phone calls throughout. There was a slight complication when they needed specialized tools to dismantle his non-standard bed, but they responded quickly and efficiently and had the old bed out well before the new one arrived.

Loved working with these men! We got an appointment in just a few days. They kept me very informed regarding their arrival and got everything loaded and out quickly. They offered to sweep up so the place would be clean but I was so happy to see my garage floor again that I took that pleasure for myself.
