The guys were very efficient
My wife and I just moved into our first home, there was a ton of stuff we had to throw out. Jeff and Derick were a huge help! Very efficient and professional!

Junked did an excellent job, both scheduling and picking up items we wanted to recycle and dispose of. They contacted us several times prior to arriving. The employees were very courteous and efficient in performing their job. I would highly recommend this company to Help you repurpose and dispose of household and yard items.

We had several years worth of accumulated yard junk we kept puttting off getting rid of and I'm not sure why we waited so long to contact Junked. Jeff and Anthony handled a full truck load in under an hour. Everything was weathered and gross, and we appreciate them handling it all for us. They were quick and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing to clear some space.

I contacted JUNKED about picking up a broken hospital bed from my disabled brother's apartment. He lives in another state so I needed someone I could count on without being present myself. The job was time sensitive because the old bed had to go before his new bed could be delivered on the same day. My brother uses a wheelchair and has memory loss.Everyone I worked with at JUNKED was respectful, reliable and helpful. They showed up on time and were compassionate and sensitive to my brother's situation. They kept me informed via text and phone calls throughout. There was a slight complication when they needed specialized tools to dismantle his non-standard bed, but they responded quickly and efficiently and had the old bed out well before the new one arrived.A great experience, reasonable prices, highly recommend.

Loved working with these men! We got an appointment in just a few days. They kept me very informed regarding their arrival and got everything loaded and out quickly. They offered to sweep up so the place would be clean but I was so happy to see my garage floor again that I took that pleasure for myself. We have a few more projects and I won't hesitate to call them again. 5 stars for sure.

I appreciated the text reminders about our junk pick up. The day of pick up, Xavaier and Dwight came to get our stuff and they are awesome! Jeff and Ronald were fantastic - super friendly, professional, and fast. Thr main office texted me immediate after I asked about a pickup and picked up the items two days later, exactly when they said they would. Price was super reasonable - likely costs half of what it would have cost me to take the items to the dump, and they try to reuse or recycle. I highly recommend!

I needed some things hauled and pronto! I looked on Google and Yelp and they popped up with solid 5 star reviews.They called me and told me when they would be there. They were honest and fast. Jordan and Jeffrey did a wonderful job in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again.I wish I had before and after pictures.

It was a wonderful experience having Anthony and Alphonso take the “ junk” from our garage and a bit from our backyard. They could not have been more thorough, more thoughtful, or more kind. Very good service. It’s definitely not inexpensive, but comparable to other similar services and easy to make an appointment. Also appreciate they don’t charge upfront, as some other companies do, but make a quote on site once they see the amount they have to haul. They sent text updates before their arrival and were prompt. Jeff and Percy were both very nice and made quick work of a job I wouldn’t have been able to do myself.
