Junked came through again! I hired them to clear everything out of my disabled brother's cluttered apartment after he moved to assisted living. They got the job done, no glitches, on time, efficiently and at a very reasonable cost.
It's so refreshing to find a company you can count on, especially when you're not able to be there in person.

I contacted JUNKED about picking up a broken hospital bed from my disabled brother's apartment. He lives in another state so I needed someone I could count on without being present myself. The job was time sensitive because the old bed had to go before his new bed could be delivered on the same day. My brother uses a wheelchair and has memory loss.
Everyone I worked with at JUNKED was respectful, reliable and helpful. They showed up on time and were compassionate and sensitive to my brother's situation. They kept me informed via text and phone calls throughout. There was a slight complication when they needed specialized tools to dismantle his non-standard bed, but they responded quickly and efficiently and had the old bed out well before the new one arrived.
A great experience, reasonable prices, highly recommend.

At first i thought the price was expensive, but let me tell you these guys are the real deal. They've seriously earned every penny. For reference, I needed to have my house and garage cleaned out and we had so much junk. They arrived and everything was done in less than two hours, it was like magic.

We had Anthony and Shawn(i hope that was the correct spelling, if not i apologize) come over and they were nothing short of incredible. I honestly thought they wouldn't be able to fit all our junk into their truck but they really wanted to help us and tried to make the most out of their space. They actually got it all! Exceeded my expectations, great people, great service. Would come back again if we ever need to do this again. I really can’t recommend it more.

What great guys came to help me out! I had a ton of junk that had to go throughout the house. 15 years of things! They were on time, so respectful, and just great to work with. Fast and efficient. I will only use them for any junk removal services moving forward.

Mike is super friendly, professional, and fast. Communication was immediate, and they picked up the items two days later, exactly when they said they would. Price was super reasonable - likely costs half of what it would have cost me to take the items to the dump, and they try to reuse or recycle. I highly recommend them, have used them before and will again!

Ryan and his crew took such good care of us when we were moving. They were very responsive when we were trying to schedule a pick up. During the actual pick up, they were very quick and stacked everything efficiently to make sure we really got every inch of space in the truck filled. I highly recommend their services.

Was quoted a pretty outrageous amount from first company. Decided to keep looking. Thank goodness Uncle Google was reading my searches because up popped JUNKED. It was a same day request - "sure, no problem". Came through & saw what we were dealing with. Stepped out to do a calculation or two, and check that the truck they had could hold everything (sadly I had to trash much more than I wanted to) ... came back and presented an offer more than 50% of the original quote I received from the first company (!!!). As this was 3 months ago, I sadly forgot the names of the two gentlemen I wanted to thank (JUNKED pls figure that out for me?! Pleasant Hill, May '25) but they were friendly, courteous, respectful, and MY GOODNESS, efficient! It was so quick I would swear it was a magic trick! Respectful & mindful of the apartment floor & walls, they were able to remove a three seat couch (amongst a lot of other large items!) from a 2nd floor apt with a very narrow entrance way and a tight flight of stairs.
